Make the corporate taxes 0%. Address welfare through the negative income tax and eliminate all the worthless bureaucrats so the money actually makes its way to the poor. Have a scaled tax rate that makes rich individuals pay higher taxes. Eliminate most all of the regulations on business. 90% of our problems are solved. Just take the humanitarian side of the left and the pragmatic side of the right, eliminate the bullshit and you got a pretty good plan.

In order for Obama to fix the economy he would have to eliminate The Federal Reserve. Eliminate the head of the monster is a great start. (Remember that America has had two cental banks in the past the failed). Then corportations that cannot stand on their own two feet should be allowed to fail. It might be painful for a short period but you can then clean out the excess out of the lack of a real economy.
