kingdom of the blind

what about a movie where there is an electro shockwave accross the world and suddenly everyone in the world is blind whether they're driving their cars, or working, or whatever else they're doing.imagine the caos and destruction. not knowing what happened or why or if it could be fixed. a supernatural force caused it thinking that if everyone was blind they would be helpless and it could take over the world, but there was something that it wasn't expecting. all of the people that were blind before this happened are able to see now and now the ones with sight have to figure out what this is and how to stop it and reverse the effects before it is too late. it would be called second sight or kingdome of the blind
