Corporations PROVIDE these things.. cigarettes, gas guzzlers, horrible food..alchohol.. We have the government going after parents for sending kids to school with inferior lunches, yet WalMart plays no part in that when they put shitty stuff on sale? It's as though these 'indulgences' are found in nature and theres no 'prodding' to consume stuff these companies spend fortunes to promote. We are just 'weak'. Health is big business, sickness is a bigger one..just wish they'd share the guilt.

It was life changing for me...7 years in January!!! You can do it...remember yesterday and that you don't ever want to go through that day again while quitting. Keep it real, one day at a time, one hour at a time...whatever works. Remember, quitting is the best gift you can give yourself.
