it really is a shame. the poor kid did nothing wrong.... just a random victim... i've been handing out and hanging up posters all over and around campus and i will post some @ rest stops along the turnpike on my way home tomorrow... this could've happened to ANYONE.

I was pissed at this even if I dotn go to Rowan anymore. Lots of friends mentioned that even though Rowan itself is a nice establishment, the surrounding area isn't so clean. It makes sense.

And what was up with those guys beating up Rowan students for fun?

yea that burbs-effect is very misleading. i remember a friend was bouncing for a party at beau and he said some guy that wasnt from the school held him at gun point to get in. Im thinking...wait so that guy I saw at the party had a gun with him?

fuck pieces of shit that feel the need to hurt people for their money, for looking at them the "wrong way" and "showing disrespect", or bc they feel it makes them tough. it makes me so angry that that kid that killed donnie farrell is probably never going to be caught. he's just some punk douchebag that probably thinks he's such a tough guy and "doesn't give a fuck" about anything. grrrrrrrrrrr it just makes me so angry and helpless!!

What a shame! My condolences to the family. I'm a Rowan alumni and use to live in Beau. Some people think because Rowan's in the suburbs it's not as dangerous. Most of Glassboro is nice but you have certain areas around the campus that are filled with lots of crime and crackheads. Because this was Homecoming Weekend, this murderer may not have been from Glassboro. Either way, I hope younger students at Rowan realize that there are some areas of the boro that can be really dangerous.
