John is the most underrated guitarist in this video. As far as I know, he can play faster than Di Meola, and has some soulful playing in the songs in his earlier career.

sí y no. No necesariamente es la mejor técnica la clásica. Las diversas formas de rasguear hacen diferencias en el sonido y dan distintos resultados. No una es mejor que la otra. Uno preferirá rasguear clásico en una parte mientras que otro en la misma parte optará por rasguear como al di meola, cuyo estilo me encanta
