'HideCallerName' is a jailbreak tweak that allows you to hide the incoming caller ID name and number, or hardcode a specific name for all incoming callers. It can be configured using a settings section that is placed in your Settings.app.

HideCallerName can be downloaded by adding this source to Cydia: http://hitoriblog.com/apt/ and performing a search for 'HideCallerName'.
