@ForzaAquila but they DIDN'T take them lightly. they just got beat by the better team. plain and simple. just face it, vancouver is not good enough to do damage in the playoffs....probably won't be for a while with chokeongo in net.

@BobLoblaw81 ok that's what you were wondering? here's the answer: yes they took the game too carelessly. the truth. and the answer. they underrated the hawks like vigneault always does in the pre season period. and it's just too good to be true that in hockey it's not like football where the last teams at the end of the season get knocked down to the secondary league. cuz if it was like that, toronto would already be there since months, heck even years.

@ForzaAquila your original statement was that they didn't take the leafs seriously. they lost 7-1 to a hawks team playing their 2nd game of a back to back so i was just wondering if they didn't take them seriously either? point is, leafs' speed gave the canucks lots of trouble this game and a bad goal won the game for vancouver. i think you're overrating vancouver.

@BobLoblaw81 hey face it every team has it's climax and downfall points in every season. i'd love it if you told me one team which had a steady rise for the whole season. vancouver is actually canada's second strongest team. toronto blows a lot unfortunately.
