@TheEL337dude The motor drives a ripple "generator" which injects harmonics into the mains via a tuned circuit, which can be decoded with ripple receivers which in turn control hotwater or streetlight circuits.

I'm so in love with that motor,i wish i could have one running with dummy loads just to listen to it starting and purring when adding load!

So the electricity for the hot water is 1050Hz? not 50 Hz?
FukinExplosions 1 week ago
@FukinExplosions No, it is for the control receiver in the meter box which switches it on or off.
The hotwater is heated at 230V 50Hz 3kW.

So I've heard the standard for motor capacitors is a dozen to around a hundred uF, my question is what would a 5.5F cap do to a motor? I'm guess fry the coils, but if it was cooled enough... eh...
DeusMalleus 1 week ago
@DeusMalleus Try it out, the motor may start to spin up slowly.
The cap needs to have the correct voltage rating for 230/240 Volts it needs to be rated at 400 Volts or RMS rated at 275 V.
