dont buy this camera . it sucks for film making . it only has good resolution . but the color sucks. dont waste your money like i did . save a little bit more and buy the panasonic dvx100b ......the best camera you ever have shots 24p just like film

@Q8soldiersOFdeath. It runs tape instead of memory. The photos are on the memory stick, but you'll need a FireWire cable (ask around for the right type) and a package that supports HD video

You're right about this video camera. It is truly amazing. I bought mine for $425.00 at a pawn shop and it works perfect. I wish it had a bigger LCD screen but other than that it is perfect in every way.
