This is much better easy that a skate I have one and is more better easy if a person help you I got the twist in 20 min

this video is about as good as i can explain. have someone hold your hands until you get a rhythm going with your back foot (keep front foot flat for starters). Have your helper use two hands and then one and then let go. start riding on a smooth, flat surface. you'll get it in an afternoon and be crusin.

keep your front foot flat to the ground. the front pad mainly makes you turn. practice going straight and when you got that use your head and shoulders to turn. turn your body and the board will follow. good luck. have fun. -d
