Here is a snippet of our most recent production of 'Confusions' by Alan Ayckbourn! This was performed back in March 2010 by the wonderful young people of the Haymarket Academy. Enjoy!

  • A very enthusiastic performance but a complete misinterpretation of the character. It is absolutely crystal clear from the printed page that Harry is slightly drunk at the start - and very drunk at the end. He spends the entire play saying 'cheers' and knocking back double scotches. The words just don't make any sense when delivered sober.

Paula is young and niaive and must be a huge contrast with the older, more experienced Bernice - who has seen Harry's type before.

  • This Harry was brilliant! Took a really different approach to what other actors would do i think.

  • I'm performing mother figue for my drama exam i'm playing lucy i''m only 14 and it's for my GCSE's :)
