I thought that I would review some childrens books first, so I decided that Roald Dahl would be fun to do. Enjoy. Visit my website: http://booksreviewed.website.orange.co.uk/ Email through the contact form on the archive page or through youtube.
1. James and the Giant Peach 2. Matilda 3. Danny the Champion of the World 4. BFG 5. The Twits 6. Charlie & the Chocolate Factory 7. The Witches 8. George's Marvelous Medicine 9. The Giraffe, the Pelly, and Me 10. Fantastic Mr. Fox
There's no point ranking them, I've read everything the man wrote and it's all bombproof. My personal favorite story (for adults) is Pig, which is definitely the darkest one of the lot.
The first story I ever read by Ronald Dahl was Charlie & The Chacolate Factorie, followed by Matillda,ect..I remember that day..a pleasent winter day in school..back in 3rd grade..

I prefer the darker short stories from Roald Dahl. Go read 'Tales of the Unexpected'. Also, as a child I loved Edgar Allan Poe's short stories.
