I'm not trying to be insulting to American chefs, but you're the first one I've seen who speaks so passionately about fresh produce as well as giving handy tips. I did this with feta and squeeze bottle sun dried tomatoes.

As a guy that typically doesn't cook anything but out of a can, this was my first attempt at actual cooking. It was easy and awesome! Impressive.
