To be honest I though it was disgusting that Kurt dismissed everything Quinn went though. It was like he was invalidating how much pain a teen pregnancy, being thrown out by your parents, completely loosing you father and pretty much having your whole life fall apart can cause. He basic told her what she went though didn't matter. I hated it. It really annoying me.

I thought Quinn had a but of a point but, she was totally being insensitive about it. I understand what she went through but she needed to realize that Dave had nobody and like Kurt said she was loved. I don't think Quinn should've said what she said, she made it seem that is was Dave's fault why he tried to kill himself.
