@denholt Yeah, the younger people tend to vote with more liberal positions because they realize that it is unfair to not provide civil liberties for gay people, that abortion is a realistic necessity, etc. I think in another 30 years, the country will have far more Democrats voting than Republicans in elections.

Judging by how many anti-conservative comments I see on youtube, I have to wonder why Americans continue to vote Republican.
Both Bushs, Reagan, Nixon, Ford (every Republican president in the last 50 years) created a larger deficit throughout their office.
Carter, Clinton, and Kennedy had a lower deficit (or higher surplus) at the time they left office than when they entered.
I say let's stop cleaning up the Republicans' mistakes! Stop voting for them!
