Pole Dance ~ Mother

Today I felt like a simple dance, I was needing to enjoy the pole. It can be easy with all the regimented & repetitive practices to get bogged down by the workouts, and a simple dance like this is what pole is all about for me. As always inspired by Bobbi & Alethea's floorwork, but unlike all the little Alethea clones out there doing the shoulder roll & shoulder split, I might get a kink in my neck if I try the Alethea shoulder roll the wrong way - lol :-) Tho at my age that wouldn't take much :-)) Enjoy! ***I do NOT claim any right to this song nor am I making any financial gain from its use***

@paunobs Thankyou very much:-) This is the 1st dance I ever did that opened with floor work, as you know, I ususally include that in the end, even tho there was nothing new it was probably the most solid dance I have done yet. Since there isnt any new tricks I want to learn, I do learn to learn dance moves so am going to focus on that for awhile! xoxo
