Ruby has done a great job losing almost 400 lbs now and I do feel bad that she has gained some weight back but I think she is just dealing with a lot of the emotional baggage from her child hood and until she can get it figured out and work through this issue she may have a hard time losing more weight. I know she's going to get back on the bandwagon and conquer this beast once and for all. Her emotional beast and her weight beast!

I hope the woman taking the sneaky, mean-spirited photo of Ruby in the scenes of show's intro gets recognized now. Bitch. My sister is morbidly obese and I will never understand why so many adults feel like they have the perfect right to mock overweight people in public.
