  • Heyyy what were the settings on your 6505? On minre it sounds kinda rediculous like as if the low is all the way up, but even whenit's down all the way it still sounds pretty.. well.. shit.

  • @VypyrDevastator

Hmm, can't really remember the settings anymore. But my current settings are Low: 7/10, Mid: 5/10, High: 8/10, with the gain at 9/10. I didnt really have the problem that my tone wass too bassy though...

  • @Behindspace90 I heard rumblings that the Vypyr series evens out the input between Active and Passive PUs, can you clarify this? have you played a Passive guitar thru it? Do the EMGs retain their output and attack? are they louder than the passives thru the amp? thx. (ps i hav ea Vypyr30 but only passive pickups)

  • @chepe371

Hmm, I would say that's nonsense. I used emg's in this clip and the output is still very much like an emg should and would sound through basically any other amp.

I have used my other guitars as well on this amp and they all had passives, and the difference in output is still there like you could expect. :)

Basically; if you're playing emg's through this amp you still notice you're playing emg's rather than passives. (And vice versa)

  • did you use the sanpera II pedal to get this preset? Pz reply

  • @Brod7696

No I didn't. It's just the amp, without any extra pedals. The Sanpera pedal doesn't even give you extra presets I think? You can dial in the same tones on the amp, with or with out Sanpera pedal. I think the Sanpera pedal only gives you extra memory slots for presets and and expression pedal?

  • @Behindspace90 the sanpera pedals give you extra preset slots, the effects pedal, and they unlock the looping feature on the amplifier

  • @Behindspace90 thx for clarifying.

  • that riff was badass

  • Nice and sick guitar ESP is the way to go man.
