video based on the most deprived,disadvantaged areas in Limerick city irelands third largest city with a population of 110,000 ,limericks a great city and were all proud of it with great people,atmosphere and sporting culture... this shouldnt be judged as the overall image of the city it has alot of positives such as sporting european city 2011 great city centre,sporting and recreational facilities and a vast majority of law abiding citizens...... These large estates are in need of urgent regeneration ,alot of decent people live on the estates but due to ongoing gangland crime,joyriding etc over the years criminals have taken control,but currently efforts are being made to try and fix the problems through regeneration and so people can only wait and see if there will be changes for the better in the future. Featured areas include the housing estates of Southill,Moyross,Ballinacura-Weston and St.Marys Park.
