  • This video was posted in 2008. What are you playing now days? Do you do any pop tunes?

  • @daSaboriGuitars

Umm my repertoire: Chopin Concerto in E minor, Bach Partita no. 2 Sinfonia, Debussy Jardins sous la pluie, Bartok Mikrokosmos; Diary of a Fly and Ostinato, Beethoven Sonata in C Major Op.2 No. 3, Rachmaninov Prelude Op.23 No.4 in D major, Schubert Sonata in B flat Major D960.

The only pop tunes I really know are Apologize by One Republic, Cry/Unfaithful by Rihanna, and Don't Stop Believing by Journey. Sorryyy.

  • okai.... jealous of the piano... but your intonation is very nice, hitting almost all of the right notes, rhythm is always on beat, only 2 negatives: very difficult to notice dynamics and less on the pedal:)

  • haha yeah i have a bad habit with the pedal.

sorry about the dynamics. its just the camera, it tends to pick up higher pitches.

  • just a little criticism if i may ------ dont hold the last chord of the prelude tooo long... it doesnt match bach as he is very precise .... the fugue was played nicely....the theme well done..could be a titch faster :)

  • Of coursee, criticism is always helpful :)

Haha! That's exactly what my Kiwanis judge said, except in less nice terms. Thanks =]

  • I play this prelude and fugue too :) great tone clarity but I felt the fugue was a little slow and laid back... I see that you also play Debussy's Jardins sous la pluie, would you be able to upload a video of it too? Thx ;)
