Inner Angel
My name is Caitlyn, and this is what it was like for me, alone, sad, poor, and all this other bad stuff. I am 16 years old, and I had my dad move away, and all I have left is my mom. I have 1 friend named Bridget. She thinks she's the most fashionable person around. My crush is Jay. Bridget and I have had a crush on him since kindergarten. But those kinds of things change over the years. 'Ya know? My friend is not really that fun, but she's not as much fun as you imagine. I'm not very popular in school. Neither at my house. Nobody likes me much. My brother is living with his girlfriend, and she's not really nice to me either. I have light brown hair, and blue eyes.
Two girls from the higher grades always pick on me. It's like I'm a booger they always shove around in their noses. One day, Bridget asked me if I wanted to go to the mall. Then when we walked inside and we saw Jay. (I do admit that I still have a tiny crush on him.) Then the most popular girl in school walked by us. Her name was Ashley she had blonde hair and dark chocolate eyes. "I think Jay has a crush too!" I blurted out loud. Jay looked up from his magazine. "Excuse me?" he asked. "Nothing. It was just a joke. Want to hang out? Maybe at 5:00?" I replied quickly. Bridget noticed I was acting funny. Then she said, "Me and Caitlyn have to go to the bathroom!" "Uhh... No I don't." I replied. Then she poured her drink on me and pulled me in the bathroom. "What are you doing with my Jay???" she asked. "What are you talking about? YOU'RE JAY!?" I replied. "Uhh, like you don't know. We have been planning on dating, but YOU kept on interrupting us!" Bridget screamed. "Hmm... Then why did he say he was going to go with me???" I screamed back. I think Jay heard us yelling in there... He came and walked in to the bathroom to see what was going on. "I never agreed to date either of you!!! You 2 need to figure it out and acutely try and be friends again!?" he yelled. I then ran all the way home. I went straight to my bed with tears in my eyes. Then I found a note on my bedroom door. It said, "Dear Caitlyn, I am really sorry but it has been so hard without your father, so I needed to take a break. Love, mom. The note made me cry and I ran to the park to see if no one was there so I could cry out all my worries.

Matilda's Story
Hello, my name is Matilda! I am a female calico kitty-cat not quite a year old and sister to Tucker.
I have beautiful eyes and long calico hair in reddish, yellow-brown & dusty colors. My tail is absolutely bushy and is its' own entity.
My favorite things... are leading kitty-cat running marathon races throughout the house. I'm the fastest thing on two wheels... Oops, I mean on four feet!
I love... laying full length across the floor, preferably where I can be admired and oooh and ahh'd over.... Oh ya and laser pointers! I'll climb a wall to catch them!
I am... fearless and will not be pushed away from food. Like my brother Tucker, I don't care who else is there! I love to be around a lot of people because I like how they love and pet me! I don't like cat food. I like waffles! I don't have any friends or sisters. I really want a home where I can be a part of a family! My brother has a home and a loving family but I don't! I live with some people but that are willing to take care of me but not keep me as a pet! I hate people that thinks it's funny to take away my food just when I'm about to eat something! I'm a good kitty and I am good around dogs. Most of the time I'm scared of everyone but when I get to know you I feel right at home! I like to sleep in your lap, and really like milk! I haven't had any kittens or boyfriends. ^^ yeah... I am good around other cats and have not been declawed. I'd do anything for a home! I've said that like a million times already didn't I??? I hate serious people. They creep me out. I hate silly outfits. They make me spill my dinner, hit my head in the wall, and makes me feel uncomfortable. I love children as long as they don't do horrible stuff to me. Oh, and please don't take me to get shots!!! They scare me so bad! I won't forgive you for about a week.  I like to explore and lick my lips. After I get my shots done, I curl my tail around my body and lick my lips. But I don't think I need any more shots. My tail also sticks straight up like when I will take a poop when I get my shots. I then walk over to the scale. I do not like when people pick me up by the scruff of my neck. I like it when people think I am the prettiest kitten in the whole world! I explore around the person who takes care of me's house. I am an indoor cat. I am about a year old... Not exactly sure... I like to meet other cats and dogs. I would like to make a home with someone that has a few other cats, a few dogs and someone who is good with cats. I hope a lot of people out there want me!
