Since the iPod was invented in 2000 you would think BMW would have offered iPod integration a long time ago in their $80,000 cars! I have a 2002 BMW 745Li. What a headache installing iPod direct setup in this car!

I have one, it's pretty lame that it doesn't read the track names and artist; my pioneer unit on my truck DOES.

The fact is that with FM Transmitters and other kind of hook ups, you need to actually touch your iPod to change songs, with that, it's as simple as a button touch on the steering wheel...
