that's why this is an INVASION, not a war. soldiers and terrorists are way off base of being in a war, but the civilians seem to be getting attacked quite a bit, so r we gonna clear the civilians off the board so we can declare victory when we cant find all the terrorists? Remember........Invasion, not war, war is just a word to make people think there must be a winner so it keeps going and doesn't stop till the president wants it to.
