Miss Illinois was my favorite all night long although based on scores I knew Tenn had it. I picked the final 3 from the beginning and I remember this pageant as if it was yesterday!

I had that top 3 chosen as soon as they called the top 10. By the end I was rooting for Miss Illinois, but Shelly had it all night long. One of the best Miss Teen USA pageants ever.
