Talks possible only after Georgians pull out: Russia

Another UN Security Council session on the situation in South Ossetia has wrapped up in New York. Russia says it's not refusing to start talks with Georgia but believes negotiations can only be possible when Georgia pulls out its troops from South Ossetia and commits itself to a non-use of force agreement.

Georgia has called for humanitarian and diplomatic intervention from the UN Security Council members "to stop aggression coming from Russia."

So, more than 3 months after conflict most of normal people now know who is who. There are many reports and articles, which change vision of conflict in World Mass Media (which was in august) on OPPOSITE (BBC report, NYT and WP articles, HRW report, recognitions of British members of OSCE). EU will re-begin partnership with Russia in december. Still no one sanction against Russia and it is only prove that people have objective vision today. Georgia with US loosed. Also Ushenko now in troubles)

well the countrys ussualy insist if front of the UN that somebody has to act. Don't say that everybody points USA. cuz that's not true at all. USA has it's own way of replying to those things and it's - geting 1st in line for punishing someone.

Yeah but at the same time it is usually the world which insists that we act where no one has the balls to go fight like in Bosnia. I mean, that was Europe's fucking problem, you know? We didn't want ANYTHING to do with it, yet the Europeans under the useless UN let Srebrenica burn by the Serbs, and a genocide occur in the 1990s. So the US drops 30,000 bombs and missiles on the Serbs, and more recently legitimizes a state of Kosovo (muslim btw) away from its past WWII ally, Serbia. I'm upset.
