To Reach it, you "1-Followed the Decoy Bot & A-Fought to the End"
It is a strange ending because we are plunged into the universe of "Alien" it seems... maybe the result of years of scintific experiments creatures, which makes us late to get the Final Boss - Stressing & "OMG too late" Ending.

fyi, in case you need guns in "fight to the end" the tiny flower thing that walks gives you guns, it's random but very useful :)

This level creeped the shit out me as a kid. Unlike the Hard Corps US version, they don't explain what the hell is going on.

its a reallly censored version of hard corps.... europe did censorships and made the whole game censored so you do not kill any human enemies or bosses

Probotector IS Contra. It's the European version of the game. In America, this is Contra: Hard Corps for the Sega Genesis. With human sprites instead of robots.

It's just a ridiculous conehead in the same Colonel suit. A lazy subpar job of sprite hacking.

Probotector looks like a better game than Contra, so, why it is not so famous?

I heard that the European version is a little harder than the NTSC one(which I already completed). I need to try it(too bad I lost my MD).

I can't remember which version has 3 boxes of energy... but European one hasn't. 1hit = 1death. (jap has energy bars... US I don't remember...)
