  • Oh and Trigger Hippy doesn't yet have a recording contract. From what I have heard, I doubt they will. I think the two guys from the black crowes are just bored not being able to play and this is a way to through something together to see if they can create something sellable. Personally, I don't see trigger hippy doing anything until they have strong enough material/show and change the name.

  • I think Jackie playing at Fairytale Town is kind of fitting. Maybe he should change the name of his song "I live In a dream" to "I live In a pipe dream". Just joking.reality is, no matter what Lesh or anyone else can do, I just don't see Jackie going Gold. I just don't think he is strong enough to do it. As a singer, songwriter or musician. He might be able to fill small bars and an nightclubs, but he is still an opening act. Now he is playing with trigger hippy which i don't hear any hits.

  • Is Jackie still with 429 records? Or did he lose his recording contract like he did with Verve? Most record labels will drop you as an artist if you can't meet enough sales to make a profit. Most contracts you get one release with an option for more, until you can prove that you sell enough and get enough radio play to achieve Gold.. If you talk to industry executives, they will tell you that unless you have at least 2 or 3 hits, you won't take you serious. Sorry, but that's how it is.

  • For your education. 500,000 copies of an album or single = Gold, 1,000,000 = Platinum, they used to have silver, but I am not sure they use that anymore and silver was half of gold level. They also diamond, but it is rare and one must sell over 10,000,000 copies. How many has Jackie sold of any one of his recordings?

  • Hey Outwanderin, didn't you know your not supposed to use fowl language and name calling like resorting the using words like "douche"? You might want to get a dictionary and learn some more words to expand your vocabulary and maybe listen to better quality music written and performed by REAL musicians that actually create music that will stand the test of time.

  • to OutWonderin, I think you might want to go out wondering some more. maybe start reading up on the recording industry and how they recognize what a hit single or record is and how they dictate what is a hit and what isn't. hey, maybe if they added a cowbell, it might really make it into a hit. Just joking. Hahaha

  • Actually the camera's microphone is a hunk of crap, but the video quality is decent.

  • OutWanderin No clue? On what? the fact that Jackie doesn't have any Gold records or Gold singles? Just in case you didn't understand, the Record Industry has sales records to indicate what is deemed a hit and what is not a hit. Jackie still hasn't broken out of his Independant status. he has no songs that have made it to Billboard 100 for his style of music. no Gold records or singles = NO HIT WONDER. sorry, but he doesn't have any hits. Of course the camera man has a shitty camera.

  • @Oneness100 maybe the guy recording had a shitty camera, douche

  • @Oneness100 Really man, U got no clue apparently!! Sorry for you
