The reflection is an enviroment map, which is faking the reflection. Shadow & texture is baked, paralax mapping for bump effect, and Smooth shading is used to smooth-out geometry. Anyways, I'm not surprized it's that sexy, because you can even run UT3 on a Netbook, or soon to be in Adobe flash. But still.... Unreal Engine 3 is THE BEST game engine out there, at least in my opinion.

@W02130 This is free the name is also the title Epic Citadel. Its a demo of the unreal engine for the iphone. There are two games that use this engine one is Infanity Blade and the other one is called Dungeon Defenders. There is another game coming out with unreal engine I think its called blood or something. Its a Sci-fi western or something.
