  • very nice paint job on this home in the video! thats an impressive primer coat as well! the color scheme works very well! Congratulations!

  • @christianpainters thanks buddy. 80 gallons of paint on the exterior! I sprayed 2 thick coats of Kilz2 primer before we even started caulking and painting colors. As you can see we also sanded all the wood siding down bare first so there wouldnt be any old peeling paint. 120 tubes of caulk: )

  • wow extremely nice i love it. Its like perfect the only thing that bugs me a lil is that everything is setup perfectly but the entrance door isnt center :0

  • @joereeses thats funny. we were just talking about that on Friday. These old houses have a load bearing wall down the center of the house and it seperates two rooms at the front of the house. I guess it wasnt possible with the orig floorplan for the builder in 1923 to center the door. good eye.

  • Fantastic looking craftsman with a great color scheme. You always do nice work on these, Tom. Congrats on finishing another one.

  • @TheFirstFlip Thanks guys. I hope everything is going well for you. Have a good second half of 2010.

  • @tomtarrant i can easily see that you did this job right. you went over and above. your my kind of people!

  • Awe The little one is adorable! Resembles his mommy! Hey yo Tom! Dude' I appreciate the pile of siliconized empty cylinders! I always felt I used too much of that stuff, I probably went through 100lbs.drywall glue. 50lbs.silicone/latex caulk on my last project. Wished they made super sized siliconized cartridges like they do with the drywall adhesive.

  • You said you found old pictures of this house from Christmas 1991 on your blog. Anyway you could post those?
