Courtney's car has stalled on the side of the road and Zander Smith approaches her offering help. After telling a story about her non-existant boyfriend, Courtney reluctantly accepts Zander's help. Starting to feel more comfortable, Courtney asks Zander how one goes about finding someone in Port Charles.

Courtney shot and killed the cop that Zander took the blame for. Zander had a child with Liz, Courtney had a child with Nikolas, neither one got the chance to hold their kids. Now Nik and Liz are together, kind of fitting, in a soap way.
