Just me doin a little upper body blast! Just a demo of the sorta stuff i do cut short!! U wouldnt wanna sit through the 60 min one now would u!!??

  • when your doing dips you should go lower and the pullups should be fully extened before you go up and your body shouldnt be rocking so much you should also try doing inverted pushups by putting your legs up on a chair or bed and then pushing thaT in turn puts more wheight to the upper body making it more difficult
