Leadership and people development is a major underlying focus of the IEWM approach. We have a major, innovative programme of activity designed to support the development of regional leaders. We also support close working across Organisational Development functions in the West Midlands with for example the new regional end-to-end talent management/recruitment system being a core shared product.
