Nairobi mayor Geophrey Majiwa has denied three counts of conspiring ti defraud the city council of 283 million shillings. Majiwa was arraigned in court on Tuesday morning after spending the night in police cells following his arrest on Monday. He denied the charges and was released on a 2.5 million cash bail.
