These are the exercises Bruce Lee used to train his abdominals. I did some research to find out what exercises he did.

Sources: Internet (this routine can be found on a lot of websites when searching for it using google) and 'Bruce Lee The Art of Expressing the Human Body' (one of his books with complete workouts).

  • You make the dragon flags looks easy. They're brutal.

  • @chisaoboy Thanks, check out some of my new videos as well. Way better than this one if I was asked for an opinion. I'm probably going to make a remake for this video soon too!

  • What is your source of information if you don't mind me asking?

  • @ComicBookGo It's in the description. Basicly internet and one of his books which both give this exact workout.

  • @jlvi13 AH HA. I did not click on the "Show More" button. I see now it says "Art of Expressing human body". Thanks for the reply friend, and thanks also for this video.

p.s. I'm curious; does he say to do it normally or to do it as fast as we can and explosively? Meanwhile I'll be trying 2 get my hands on that book.

  • @ComicBookGo To be honest I can't remember that. I have read parts of the book about 1,5 years ago, so it's difficult for me to recall it. I would personally recomment to do get up fast and go back to starting position slowly.

  • @jlvi13 That sounds actually like good advice. I was thinking one or the other, you combined the two, nice. Much obliged bro! wish me luck
