Hmm, I haven't been able to find this music online, just a more modern-sounding version with the same tune.

The music is a package called "Hometown News" by Frank Gari. They still use it frequently for the opens.

I heard the Scott Chapin voiceovers on one of the promos. I don't if he was the voice of channel 2 at the time.
