It's a Japanese voice actor in the Japanese game. In the English version, it is Haley Joel Osment (probably spelled that wrong).... ^___^

well first of all its a phone...the sound will be worse also since the voice actor has a different voice than KH1, so with those two things in mind...(including japanese sounds must now be used) it will sound diffrent from regular english younger sora, DS/PS2 voices
