These are some tips that my mom used to share with my sisters and I. She passed away on May 20th, 2010 of breast cancer. She loved skincare and did a lot of research to find natural acne fighters.(:
TIPS:
1: yogurt mask
-regular yogurt
-oatmeal
-lemon juice
You mix all of these together to make a mask. The yogurt is perfect for moisturizing dry skin and it contains amino acids that help stop wrinkles and it can prevent acne scars. The oatmeal is an optional add-in that helps slightly exfoliate the skin and it makes your face softer. Lemon juice has natural properties that will help fight breakouts and active pimples.
2: Toner
-apple cider vinegar
-green tea
-jar/bottle
You fill 1/3 of the container with apple cider vinegar and fill the rest with green tea. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before using. The apple cider vinegar is a proven acne fighter that will reduce the size and swelling of active pimples, while the green tea is perfect for acne scarring and will prevent pimples. This can last up to 2 weeks if refrigerated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED(:
3: ice
Wrap an ice cube in a paper towel and place the end of the ice cube on top of the pimple. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, or until it starts to feel really cold. Take off and wait for a few more minutes until the pimple is flat. Perfect for before wearing makeup when you want to get rid of a sudden imperfection
4: ProActiv refining mask.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED(:
Place a pea sized amount onto a pimple and leave on overnight. The zit will be reduced in size and redness by morning. Use up to 3 days in a row, and the pimple will be gone.
DISCLAIMER: i paid for the ProActiv refining mask with my own money and the opinion is my own.
You can find any of these things in local markets, except the refining mask, which you can order online or over the phone.
I just wanted to ask what green tea you would recommend to mix with the apple cider vinegar? Because I'm not too completely sure which one to get and which one is the most effective! HELP!

@mrsvengeance17 I'd recommend using either a Lipton green tea or just an organic type. Pretty much anything at the grocery store should help. But be sure to use the tea bags, and put them in cool water, mix with the apple cyder vinegar (just a little big of vinegar) and refridgerate it. Hope that helped :)

What do you do with the green tea/applecidervinegar thing
lorellburnsgreen 5 months ago
@lorellburnsgreen you use it as a toner. After washing your face, you put a little bit of it on a cotton ball or cotton pad and put a light lair on your skin :)
It really helped even out my skin tone.
