Id forget a stroked engine, theyre much more unreliable than with a stock stroke. Just get a nice built slightly overbored 2.1 And rev it. nice car btw, similar mods to my Evo 3.

Ahhhhh...didn't know it was stock. I could only ever attain the Colt GL, with the 4g15 :(
That is sweet though to be honest. Still better than what I had. Unfortunate you got rid of it... :(

That is not a swap. That is the original engine in that car. The 1989 Colt GT comes with the 4g61t... That little engine is not worth swapping in. If I were to pull that engine I would definitely replace it with a 4g63t. However I got rid of that car about 10 months ago.

Wow...never have I heard of anyone doing the 4g61 swap. Knew it was possible...but why not just go to the 4g63 or 4g63t by this time. Good luck. Wish I could have seen the bigger swap :(
