lol how can a legacy beat a S8?

@yonkersracing Yup, if it's a turbo, it's extremely easy to make fast. My 2005 LGT with a turboback exhaust and tune stood dead even against a corvette the other day, I was extremely surprised.

@isthisforreal04 if its garbage then why is there more subarus than audis???? Honestly my 92 legacy has 236k miles and has less problems than my parents a4. Which is newer and has less miles...... honestly s8 is an ugly piece of shit go buy an m3 or something......

I just sold my 1998 turbo impreza and got a 2002 d2 s8... My scooby was rapid but the audi is svelt in its power delivery. Class wise the audi is a bentley compared to the cheap taccy japbox

I just sold my 1998 impreza turbo n bought a 2002 d2 s8.. They are Worlds apart quality wise... And only an extra tenner a week in fuel. Well worth it

@isthisforreal04 spoken like a true fanbody....so what the S8 costs more? It's a nice car but highly overpriced and can't beat a simple bolt on 25K dollar car.

@mat844 both cars are amazing? ha.. it's a subaru.. common garbage car you see driving around every corner.. faster or not, the S8 is a masterpiece

@APRtunedAudi yup....I think it was around that year, not 100% sure as it wasn't my car but it had an auto v8....makes good power, but is heavy as a brick....not exactly meant for racing, we were just bored and decided to get some footage.

The 2005-2009 Legacy GT is a beast even in stock form as long as you get the manual transmission. I was able to stay neck and neck with a new BMW 335 from stopped to full throttle for about a half mile and we run out of road. He never even pulled ahead an inch.
