In between Ashcroft and Logan Lake British Columbia is the Highland Valley Copper Mine. One of the largest open pit mine operations in the world. We went on a day trip from Hope BC to Merritt over to Logan Lake through to Ashcroft BC then back through Spences Bridge, Lytton and the Fraser Canyon. Day Trip!
