@Immortalsyn83 Been pointed out by people that not only did NOT read ACTA but also do not know UN laws...or of wonderful bills like H.R. 3375 which differs actions of intellectual property rights to the president.

You have to look at EVERYTHING going on, little change here, little change there and suddenly, before you know it...3375 is just one of many bills that slowly hands the power over to the president and I would bet money Obama hasnt been told what ACTA can do.

@rdrakken It's been pointed out that any treaty between the US and any other countries, which is exactly what ACTA is, requires Senate approval (which ACTA never got.) This “Executive agreement” didn’t need Senate approval.

However, and this is where the constitution comes into play, this “treaty” is about intellectual property (supposedly) & the president cannot legally sign any intellectual property agreements as an executive agreement and that it must be submitted to the Senate.

If an event which costs money can be easily streamed, SOME people will be reluctant to purchase it. Therefore those people who would normally order the event will be less inclined if it's free. ACTA will never get off the ground, people don't want the government involved in managing the internet. BTW ALL SPORTING EVENTS can be watched via stream. Now take a deep breath... "Woosa."

Now look at the fucking NUMBERS. The only BOXING PPVs that ever get more than the UFC are the major events and even THEN its only ONE OR TWO and those fucking PPVs are not streamed for free by pirate groups.

So explain to me, dumb fuck, how is it that the UFC is losing so many people paying for their events when their PPVs outsell almost every single boxing PPVs which are NOT streamed...yeah...durp
