If Judo eats BJJ. Why don't we see any Judokas winning grappling competitions like ADCC or even BJJ competitons with Gi? Look at the statistics... there has been 1 somewhat successful Judoka in the whole of ADCC history... 1 among 98% jiu jitsu guys.
BJJ is the development of Judo, it basically is Judo, just an upgraded version. So what eats what? The old archetype or the upgrade?

a zombie does that escape in the film 'tokyo zombie'... iv always wanted to see a tutorial! anyone know any other, more... profound ones of that particular escape?

@YamaRider93 I dont think so. BJJ techniques are only some parts of Judo not its totality. Their only leverage (pardon the pun) is that they train will full resistance. Judo practitioners have been more gentle with their training.
-
@YamaRider93 Really? What are some of the advanced Judo newaza techniques you see in BJJ?
-
Just do both and you'll benefit the best of both ;p

@samluke8121 . Judo = Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Literally. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is just an elaboration of Judo and Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. Both arts have great merits to their techniques and methods. It's always best to be open minded about these sorts of things.
Judo>Brazilian Jujitsu.
