This short was produced by David Whitefield Jones of VisualWorks http://www.visualworksinc.com for Fujitsu to promote their handling of internet, video and phone traffic for large businesses. This played at trade shows on large screens around their booths. We composited 16mm film segments with 3D Studio Max clips in After Effects for this look. You will notice some pretty fancy layering of the city image when the "fireworks" go off. we had a lot of fun mixing the soundtrack to represent the "dry" slow connection versus the "juicy-wet" fast connectivity of Fujitsu.
