I think you might be mistaking the four Professor McClaine heads from Joe 90 for Captain Blue. I can't see Blue on display there at all.

That was extremely interesting seeing inside Captain Scarlet's head, if he was ever shot in the back of the head during the series, he might be indestructable but he wouldn't be able to talk anymore! :)
