The Over and Done Withs are a group of New York punk rockers that got together in high school. They were underground for years until finally getting enough of a name for themselves to tour the country as headliners. The band went through many names in their first years, most of which would have to be edited in mass media. They settled on their current name unanimously after it was inadvertantly created by guitarist Sly Daniels. The roots of the name are from the day the band graduated high school, the video year book approached the four of them for comment.

Sly, looked at the camera while unbuttoning his dress shirt and said, "We're over and done with this trash." That segment of the video yearbook cuts out to the sound of vocalist Jimmy Wexx's laughter just as bassist Dean-o raises his middle finger to the camera and drummer Razlo grabs his crotch.

The band has since become regarded as one of the premier punk bands of modern time.

"Sorrow" is from the bands first underground release, Chewing on the Curb. Music by Sly, Dean-o, and Razlo. Lyrics by Jimmy. This video was recorded during a concert at the Hancock Theater in Boston, Mass. "Sorrow" is notable for it containing the clearest note of political commentary the band has yet released. In an interview with Jimmy Wexx as to why they tend to shy away from the subject in their music, he was quoted as saying, "The world doesn't need us to tell it how f*cked up things are with the government."
