Well I reckon he's fantastic. Much better than me playing Time in bedroom. Saw him with Clapton in Brisbane. Had a much bigger role with Roger. Wonder why he moved on.

You are all wrongs, he doesn't suck, but he isn't amazing. He does however have a good sense of phrasing on solos. His tone he uses when he plays his own stuff sounds good for solos but muddy and mushy on chords, I think he could be amazing some day, but I would wait a while to claim that.

yea i agree, hes not anything extra special, hes a good player dont get me wrong, but his style doesnt mesh well with clapton, and even here on the floyd stuff, hes really choppy...
