my dads' wedding

I'm a proud 16 year old daughter of same sex parents. Because of twisted laws my parents couldn't get married until last October after 26 years of being together. I hope to be able to change some peoples ideas about same sex marriage because of my unique point of view. This is my speech from my parents wedding.
In case you can't understand what I'm saying once I start to cry here's my speech in text:
According to me marriage is just not a man and a woman, or 2 people who love each other and promise to be together in sickness and in health and marriage is not even a beautiful white dress. But what marriage really is, is love blossoming between 2 individuals and a promise that what they have together can only get better. Marriage is a bond between 2 people that love each other so much that their hearts are bursting with joy and love and compassion for each other and no one can tell them that they dont belong together or that they shouldnt love each other.
My parents are a perfect example of this yes they work hard at their marriage but they also love each other more than anything in the world. I cannot believe that there would be anyone that thinks that they should not be together because there are no other human beings in the universe more meant for each other and happier than they are. They are my dads, my role models and I hope I am one tenth as happy as they are when I find someone to spend the rest of my life with.

@lopo806 Although you think their not her parents your wrong. They both are. Parents are not defined by blood or inheritable traits (which her dad's both have), they are defined by the love, respect, joy, treasure, help, etc. they give to Chelsea each and every day.  Also, don't be uncomfortable around us because we don't want you to be. Just talk to us and get to know us before you get uncomfortable and you can understand who we are!

@reformedjames I have a few arguments for this. Basically what you say is your own perception of what the bible says. The bible also says that God created man in his own image...does this mean that God is in fact gay (or at least bisexual?) - this would be my interpretation of the bible. This is why I believe in science more than anything. It is based on proven facts. Is there proof that god actually exists? No didn't think so. But there is proof to show that homosexuality is NOT a choice
