I have NO idea how I came across this video, but I LOVE chex mix! But I had no idea it had butter in it, that's a LOT of butter!......However, real butter is healthier than that fake margarine. It almost seems it would be cheaper & easier just to buy chex mix.

@ncrdisabled I think the Chex mix would be alright for your diet, but i think you would need a healthy salt alternative instead of the killer salt. I could see the sausage being a problem.
