@Baseshocks the G wagon will be perfect for future low level mission it's actually a great peice of machine for what we use it for and we will be with the TAPV project that will be getting APC very similar to that we will be getting 50" hundred with a option of another 100 in the TAPV project

@gav624 yeah yeah I know were running the new LAV 3LORIT there i hear it's great but no matter what it can't stop a RPG unless it has the skirts on those things can melt threw 300 mm of steal

@TheCFarmy our lav IIIs in Afghanistan actually have extra armour underneath, that at least lower the chances of death and now mostly soldiers are only injured from the IED

@Lacrossekidd4 doesn't really matter when a IED are RPG hits a LAV any one inside is ether gonna get hurt and most likely killed and we have g wagon jeeps there therye poorly armored but the hummve is pretty well armored after some lessons learned there and the Americans have the lav 25 there and the bradly the lav 25 is a Canadian design that the marines bought off us but theres no perfect armored vehicle over there at the end of the day the IED wins

Canada is genius, the US decided to use the humvee for troop transport, Canada decided to kick some ass and go with the LAV III as their troop transport. Basically Canada rolls around in wheeled cannons and the US rolsl around in poorly armoured jeeps.

Canada's government chose not to send its fighter jets to Afstan because of the all too real danger of civilian collateral deaths from air-dropped bombs, much to the chagrin of war mongers.
