@sixsixxsixxxx All Black and Latin players are not superior to whites. Todays stars are laten, black and white.
Face the facts give Babe or Ted Williams the smaller parks, smaller strike zone, hopped up ball and the lower mound in todays game and they will still shine.
@ozzieray yes and black and latin players who are vastly superior to the athlete's of the 1920's....as usual, we overrate the past as the :good old days"...rot. Greats then would be great today and greats today would be great then. Yes, A-Rod would have 50-60 hrs back then...and cheating? Shit, in the good old days they corked their bats with everything imaginable and popped amphetamines like candy...lol
Good question...but how 'bout the Great DiMaggio's powerhouse squads of the 30's and 40's? I also wonder how Mickey and Yogi's 1950's-early 60s juggernaut would've fared against A-Rod, Jeter, & Co. Either way, I just don't think you can count out any team with the Big Bambino batting in the 3-hole. This is what makes baseball such a wonderful, transcendant game.

This is some silly stuff. Don't be foolish. Today's game is a damn joke, a damn joke.

I'd like to see how Babe Ruth would do today, all hopped up on steroids and playing in undersized ballparks. LOL
